Country Affair presents exciting opportunities for sponsors
to be associated with a high quality brand of family events held at
prestigious locations.
There is scope for high visibility branding on both our marketing material
in the lead up to each event, and at the shows themselves. A Country
Affair attracts up to 40,000 visitors per show: there are opportunities
for sponsors to reach large numbers several times a year by associating
with all our events, or to target an audience linked with one specific
location.
The aim of A Country Affair is threefold:
- to provide quality entertainment for families at
affordable prices
- to encourage and foster participation by amateur
performers at the shows and to help preserve popular and traditional
entertainment
- to help conserve and protect the historic locations
where the shows are held for future generations.
By sponsoring A Country Affair, organizations
and individuals can help us to meet these objectives and will assist
in the growth and the development of the shows themselves.
Sponsorship Opportunities
We are offering sponsorship packages in
several forms:
Sponsorship of the entire A Country Affair
brand in year one, comprising the shows at Hampton Court Palace, Morden
Hall Park, Clapham Common and Richmond.

This includes substantial branding throughout the show sites, and on
hoarding along perimeter fencing facing busy roads; branding on all
marketing and publicity materials, including a post office leaflet drop
to up to 500,000, mainly ABC1 homes in the catchment area of each show,
and regular verbal credits over public address systems throughout each
event.
Our shows have received substantial coverage
in the media, including television, radio and newspapers and we advertise
extensively in local newspapers, glossy magazines and on radio. Facilities,
including exhibitors’ space and a hospitality area can be arranged
for a sponsor wishing to promote a product or activity at the shows.
Sponsorship of individual A Country
Affair shows.
This includes all of the opportunities detailed
above offered at a single event. Other opportunities for all shows include
branding on tickets, on the stages where core activities are taking
place, on banners around the show, on infrastructure (eg entrances,
toilets, bins etc.), and more. We are happy to discuss other possibilities
with sponsors to ensure that exposure is maximized throughout the build
up to the show and during the event itself.
Sponsorship of individual elements
at all the shows or at single events.
This
could, for example be, The Countryside Arena, The Village Stage, The
Cookery Theatre, The International Food Marquee or specific children’s
activities like the Circus Workshop, The Village Playground or The Steam
Train.
At this stage all the above opportunities are available, though this
will of course change if we secure a sponsor for all four shows.
We are very sensitive to the needs of sponsors
and we will do all that we can to make the arrangement work for them
as well as for A Country Affair.
In view of the many options available we

suit your needs. We will happy to negotiate a financial arrangement
based on the opportunities required.
