year! A Country Affair returns to Hampton Court Palace Green this August
Bank Holiday weekend! Created here in 2005, A Country Affair on Hampton Court Palace Green is established as one the largest family events in the South East.  Packed
with entertainment and fun for all ages, the highlight of the show this
year will be stunning displays by the UK's leading jousting team Henry's
Knights! Awesome, their performances are exilarating
displays of medieval sport on horseback with a mix of fun and humour.The historic setting of Hampton Court Palace Green is perfect for A Country Affair, bringing the essence and the atmosphere of the countryside close to Henry VIII's magnificent palace by the Thames. The Green is decked out with white marquees and performance arenas, recreating popular countryside entertainment of bygone days. Also new this year, donkey rides, joining the petting farm, hilarious chicken and ferret racing, spectacular hawk and falconry shows and a great deal more. Traditional fairground rides, bands, superb shopping, circus workshops and dance make A Country Affair on Hampton Court Palace Green a memorable family day out.
